…ent tasks (#5160) * chore: respect BASEROW_BACKEND_LOG_LEVEL setting in tests and management commands * fix: use dynamic Loguru {process} placeholder instead of baked os.getpid() With setup_logging() now called from CoreConfig.ready(), the PID was frozen to the parent process. Celery prefork children inherited the wrong PID in their log output. Loguru's {process} resolves per record. * fix: address feedback
