docs(logs): add Transformers page (closed beta)

What this PR adds

New page at /logs/logpush/transformers/ documenting the Transformers feature for Logpush (currently in closed beta).

Includes:

• Overview and key features
• Access via Transformer Studio (workspace) and API
• SQL contract, supported/unsupported syntax, validation, limits
• Two worked examples (audit_logs_v2, http_requests)
• Errors and troubleshooting reference

Status

• Feature is in closed beta. Access is granted per-account by the Cloudflare Account Executive.
• API reference link at /api/resources/logpush/subresources/transformers/ is predicted based on URL conventions — pending the OpenAPI schema publish pipeline picking up cloudflare/data/logpush!1447 (merged 2026-08-13).
