Add 'default' access helper for VM template

Description

Some VM templates assume to be accessed via 'HTTP' after being deployed, not SSH, VNC, etc. WE have to support that.

Acceptance criteria:

The default way is located first in tabs and selected.

The function works the same way both when VM is created, and when the user chooses 'Access VM'.
