add beryl versions, update azul pages for consistency

What changed? Why?

Add required software versions to Azul and Beryl upgrade overviews

Consolidates node operator upgrade information onto the upgrade overview pages for consistency across both upgrades.

Azul:

• Moves the Required Software table from node-upgrade.mdx to overview.mdx, adding a base/node row
• Refactors node-upgrade.mdx intro: activation notice is now a callout, with links back to required software and timestamps on the overview

Beryl:

• Adds Required Software table to the overview with base-reth-node, base-consensus, and base/node - Sepolia at v1.1.0+, Mainnet TBA
