Add 7 missing L1 contract addresses deployed by the Sepolia multiproof activation task (2026-04-20-activate-multiproof). All addresses verified on-chain via cast calls against the Sepolia L1 RPC. New entries: - AGGREGATE_VERIFIER - MULTIPROOF_DELAYED_WETH_PROXY - NITRO_ENCLAVE_VERIFIER - RISC_ZERO_SET_VERIFIER - RISC_ZERO_VERIFIER_ROUTER - TEE_PROVER_REGISTRY_PROXY - TEE_VERIFIER Note: ZK_VERIFIER is omitted as it is address(0) on Sepolia (the standalone ZK verification path is not active on this network).
