Resolve region before credential resolution in configure list to avoid profile credential provider side effects changing the displayed region source/value. Also improve environment source reporting so region shows the actual env var used when aliases are present (for example AWS_REGION). Add unit regressions for credential side effects and AWS_REGION source reporting.
