Rationale for this change

  • mobile website sometimes hides parts of content.
  • some paddings in tables or landing pages are incorrect.

What changes are included in this PR?

  • fix mobile layout: break lines, fix drawer, padding, visual styles
  • add buttons for copying commands and links to jump to documentation
  • adjustment to design system.
  • add features to select language tab in services.
  • breadcrumbs are now more clear on docs and services.
  • refactors on components, website build settings.

Are there any user-facing changes?

not applicable.
