Update release info after 2.0.7 released

This pull request updates the release documentation for Apache IoTDB by adding information about the latest releases in both the 2.x and 1.x series. It introduces new release notes for versions 2.0.7, 2.0.6, and 2.0.5, and updates the project metadata file to include these as well as recent 1.3.x releases.

Release documentation updates:

• Added detailed release notes for versions 2.0.7, 2.0.6, and 2.0.5 to RELEASE_NOTES.md, including new features, improvements, and bug fixes.

Project metadata updates:

• Updated iotdb-doap.rdf to record new 2.x releases: 2.0.7, 2.0.6, and 2.0.5, with their respective release dates.
• Added entries for new 1.x releases: 1.3.7, 1.3.6, and 1.3.5, including their release dates, in iotdb-doap.rdf.
