The existing integration tests are skipped when Docker is not available, so SonarCloud (which does not run Docker) reports 0% coverage on the new adapter. These pure unit tests cover the data type/format enums, config and field-info beans, and schema-factory argument validation, so coverage data is produced in any environment.

Summary
This PR introduces a complete Kvrocks module with 12 source files, providing Calcite integration for Apache Kvrocks. The module serves as a clean, Kvrocks-specific alternative to the existing Redis adapter, with enhanced features and improved code quality.
