Oh my God, I've been missing this feature in Sublime Text for years!
TabStack literally makes Sublime Text much more user-friendly to me!

I believe it makes perfect sense to mention TabStack in Sublime Text's forum:

• add a topic titled similar to "TabStack (Ctrl+Tab)" under the "Plugins" section;
• mention TabStack in the existing topics with "Ctrl+Tab" / "Ctrl-Tab" / "Tab Switch" / etc in their title.
