ONGOING 상태로 전환하지 않기로 한 결정 5(study-meeting spec)에 맞게 STATUS=ONGOING 판정을 STATUS=OPEN+START_AT<=now 로 교체한다. - StudyParticipantRepository: findActiveInOngoingStudies → findActiveInStartedOpenStudies(Instant asOf) - BackofficeStudyListFilter: startedOnly 필드 추가 — DAO에서 START_AT 조건 적용 - AdminStatsService.ongoingBoard: status=OPEN + startedOnly=true - AdminStatsService.studiesByCategory: 진행 중 카운트에 OPEN+startAt 경과 포함 - DashboardSummaryAggregateService: 변경된 메서드 호출로 업데이트 - AdminStatsIntegrationTest: 시드를 OPEN+과거 START_AT 으로 변경, 보드 테스트 조건 명확화 Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
