Dev, CI, and prod all report to one project, so the only discriminator is the per-event build tag — which was a hole for prod, and worse, the pnpm dev global link builds NODE_ENV=production so it masqueraded as prod. Add a WIZARD_BUILD_CHANNEL build-time constant decoupled from NODE_ENV: prod is now an explicit value, and the dev/try builds tag themselves 'dev' without changing any behavior (NODE_ENV stays production, IS_DEV unchanged).
