Improve onboarding and graph build options

Summary

• add a packaged synaptic-quickstart CLI for install-time smoke tests without relying on repo examples
• add GraphBuildOptions and SynapticPreset, then wire preset/options through from_data, from_chunks, and from_database
• wrap synaptic-mcp with friendly --help/--version and missing-extra guidance
• refresh onboarding docs/examples to use public graph.close() and current install flow
