M #-: Fix authorization level for one.vm.restore, update formating

Description

• Fix authorization level for one.vm.restore to ADMIN
• Add asynchronous * mark to restore, exec, exec-retry, exec-cancel commands
• Adjust formatting - no need to have all lines so long, the source for the table doesn't need to have all | underneath each other. Keep only the line with undeploy long, all others can be nicely formatted
