Merging dev to main
fix file assigned to `fst['ServoFile']` to `... (filename_SvD) ...` (the ServoDyn input file), previously incorrectly assigned value `... (filename_AD) ...` (the main AeroDyn input file).
Update fast_input_deck.py, to assign `filename_SvD` (instead of `filename_AD`) to `fst['ServoFile']`
includes case setup and input file writing
