Reviewed together with OpenConceptLab/ocl-analytics-api#88 and OpenConceptLab/ocl-ai-assistant#241. The client builds the canonical /$invoke/ route for both default and versioned template URIs, and version extraction correctly excludes both operation segments. ESLint passes for the changed file. No blocking findings; recommend merge after the endpoint is available and after, or with, ocl-analytics-api#88.

getPromptTemplateInvokeURLnow builds${resolvedURI}$invoke/(default and versioned forms). The version-from-URL parser also ignores$invoke.Depends on the $invoke endpoint (ocl-ai-assistant#180) being deployed, and should land after or with the ocl-analytics-api classifier PR. Not run locally.
