Once a PR has been merged in, as long as there is a "deploy" label added, it will be necessary to run the "delete Review App" pipeline. A lot of this can be a direct copy and paste from the Manbrs project as the scaffolding should be identical. This ticket is to transfer the functionality over. Please note its difficult to test this without merging the PR in.
