The file test/Baseline/resultTestFilterInstensiationPostProcessing.nrrd.sha512 was a stale ExternalData tag pointing to a SHA512 hash that 404s on gh-pages, Girder, and itk.org. It is not referenced by any test (grep across CMakeLists.txt, test sources, and CMake modules returns no matches). Remove the dead tag.

Remove dead
