Adds LocalHarness to Orchestration → Agent Framework, placed alphabetically between LangGraph and MetaGPT.
An open-source (MIT) model-agnostic, hierarchical agent harness for local LLMs: YAML-defined agents run against any OpenAI-compatible endpoint (vLLM, Ollama, LM Studio, llama.cpp), with a typed event bus, isolated SQLite memory, and deny-first permissions.
