Advised to not work on #265 at the same time to avoid merge issues
Another issue with the judge multiselector:
It sends the entire contents of the box to the api which overwrites the saved value in db with that payload, so if we have multiple people updating this then theres a race condition.
On the UI side we should change it so that only the added and removed values get sent to the server. API needs to accept this new format as well and only apply the diff
