Link Claude setup to the FlowFuse connector in Claude's directory

1. On Cloud, the Claude tab in the AI agent modal links to the directory listing. Self-hosted keeps the copy-URL steps.
2. Step 3 becomes "Select teams and permissions", and the docs describe access as teams and permissions.
3. On Cloud, the Claude Code tab points to /mcp, where FlowFuse is already listed as a connector. Self-hosted keeps the prompt.

Both Claude tabs support Cloud and self-hosted.

• Cloud: Claude links to the directory listing, and Claude Code uses /mcp.
• Self-hosted: a "Self-hosted?" link opens an address field, and the tab shows the copyable URL (Claude) or prompt (Claude Code) with that address.
• Platform modal: the same split, chosen by the platform's own address.
