Updates the Slovenian (sl) localization message dictionary in packages/devextreme to replace remaining English strings and improve several existing translations.
Changes:
- Replaces multiple untranslated (English) UI strings with Slovenian equivalents across widgets (DataGrid, Scheduler, HtmlEditor, FileManager, etc.).
- Adjusts wording of some existing Slovenian messages for consistency (e.g., “Clear”, validation email message, filter operation phrasing).
