Deprecate the Live Debugger feature in the JetBrains and VS Code/Cursor IDE plugins by deleting the dedicated pages and their assets. Old URLs redirect to the main Live Debugger documentation. Removes the related feature sections, references, and side-nav entries from the IDE plugin overview pages and the APM Live Debugger page.

Deprecates the Live Debugger feature in the JetBrains and VS Code/Cursor IDE plugins:
