Fixes #4151

Root cause

autoCreateUserSchema creates a "postgres" schema for the postgres superuser

Changes

  • Treat "postgres" like the other reserved names in internal/postgres.RESERVED_SCHEMA_NAMES so WriteUsersSchemasInPostgreSQL skips schema creation for the postgres superuser, and extend the unit test to cover it.
