Refresh

Refresh is a fork in CloudBot, maintained by the original authors, which cleans up the internals of the bot a ton, and is also migrated to Python 3.2.

It isn't completely stable at the moment, however, if you would like to try it, visit the homepage at http://cloudbot.pw/.
