This PR updates the Remote Call (RC) self-test logic to make update-related RC checks more resilient, aiming to improve the overall firewall update flow.

- Added dedicated constants for RC self-test timeout and retry attempts.
- Fixed removal of the
asyncpreset when it’s at index0. - Implemented retry logic for RC self-tests with a per-attempt cURL timeout.
