claudia changing files without asking for permission

When I use claude code in the terminal, it always asks for permission before changing files, but claudia just makes edits to files automatically, and I can't find a setting to control this (there is nothing in "Allow Rules" under "Permissions" and it says that claude will ask for approval, but it does not.)

Yes this is a severe issue with the project that I've also noted, and not been able to use it or recommend anyone I know use it as a result. All Claude Code CLI sessions that OpCode runs are with --dangerously-skip-permissions - very unsafe.
