[FEATURE]: Add RSS support to /blog

Hi @evenstensberg,

I've just submitted a Pull Request for this issue: #7810.

All unit tests have passed, and the CLA is signed. I've also verified the generated RSS feed manually. Please let me know if any further changes are needed!
