Problem description
The current stackit_ske_kubeconfig resource exposes a short-lived admin kubeconfig. We'd like to be able to run the (plan) pipeline with less credentials than that, so we'd like to be able to request a kubeconfig that uses IDP instead.

A stackit_ske_kubeconfig_idp (ephemeral?) resource.
