Symptoms

  • Dead Cells (PPSA15552) stdout shows thousands of shader cache errors

Repeats thousands of times.

Context

Dead Cells is built with Haxe and uses its own shader system (shader.Base2d). The emulator's AGC shader translation pipeline may not support the shader variants used by this game's engine.
