Add missing powerline icons

Description

Idk why these icons were not added but I request them to be added now since I need them. It feels like a very important missing character that should be there considering that it was planned but never added.

They were not added because the inverse icons have additional problems, and later on we just tried one inverse icon to see how it fares (see #1490 for details).

There are problem that can not really be solved because the goals contradict and exclude each other.

Normally you could just use the normal (non-inverse) powerline symbol and just swap background and foreground colors. You also give no use scenario that explains why that common solution can not be used.

But anyhow, I'm not sure we should add more glyphs with intrinsic problems.

The normal icons cannot be used by simply inversing the color if you have a terminal with a transparent background ( which most people these days do) and you cannot make a glyph transparent.
