Subject: [PATCH] zlib-ng: pin the wheel version to avoid a setuptools_scm dev
 version

The riscv64-compat patch leaves the checkout dirty relative to the v1.0.0
tag; without SETUPTOOLS_SCM_PRETEND_VERSION, setuptools_scm computes the
version from git state and produces a dev-suffixed local version instead
of the clean 1.0.0 (published so far: 1.0.1.dev0+g018aed8bf.d20260906).
