should the tutorials page have a dedication section for notebooks?

as we add more tutorials that contain their work in notebook format, i wonder if we should break out the notebooks into their own section and create a common set of docs for launching a notebook.

in this manner we could accept more refined notebook examples of specific work, we could also leverage the common notebook images to run any provided solutions directly from their repositories.

I think having a "notebook" section in the tutorials stuff would be a good idea. A common set of docs for launching a notebook would be advantageous - nothing is too basic and I feel we should cover this ground.
