Some of the metric are missing

Describe the bug
I've created the new Grafana dashboard. I found that some of the metrics are missing, such as pgcat_servers_active_count, pgcat_servers_idle_count , etc the metric is not include in v1.2.0 (#785)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Pull ghcr.io/postgresml/pgcat:v1.2.0
2. run container with said image
3. curl -l localhost:9930/metrics to see there is metric that had been pushed to main branch (Improve Prometheus stats + Add Grafana dashboard #785)

Expected behavior
Metric should appear on prom-exporter
