I noticed your Playwright shards are unbalanced: test-core-screnshot runs in 20 shards, running from 3 minutes to 10 minutes.
I lead the development of the Flakiness.io project, and we just released Playwright Test shard balancing. I'd be happy to see how it works on your workloads.
We have a dedicated "Open Source" plan - a free plan for large open source projects. Would you be open if I send a PR to integrate flakiness.io dashboard for the repo and enable shard balancing?
