I just realized some of unknown process still there even tho i stopped the server:

What are these?

This screenshot can't explain anything. Unless you can provide detailed background information and reproducible steps that can reliably reproduce this phenomenon (zombie process?), it is impossible to give you any suggestions based on the information currently provided.

Just start/stop the server:

Shouldn't the processes terminated after the server receive signal?

Unable to reproduce this phenomenon on my environment.

Unless you can provide detailed background information and reproducible steps.........

The background information should contain all the details about your operating system, PHP version, Swoole version, etc.

Without these details, no one knows what's happening on your environment. You should at least try the following actions:

1. Are you able to reproduce this phenomenon in Hyperf framework as well? Or it only happened in Hypervel?
2. Can you reproduce it on the other environment? How many different environment have you tried?
3. If the answer is yes above, can you provide the docker container to rebuild this environment for other people to reproduce it?

How about action 1 and 2?

1. Are you able to reproduce this phenomenon in Hyperf framework as well? Or it only happened in Hypervel?
2. Can you reproduce it on the other environment? How many different environment have you tried?

And are you able to reproduce this on Linux? (not WSL)
