Create samples for tests

The suggestion here is to have samples for different frameworks (MSTest, NUnit, and xUnit.net) for both VSTest and Microsoft.Testing.Platform, and have that linked from somewhere in dotnet/docs.

I’d like to work on this.

My proposed approach is to add a small set of minimal C# sample projects that cover:

Framework	VSTest	Microsoft.Testing.Platform
MSTest	sample project	sample project
NUnit	sample project	sample project
xUnit.net	sample project	sample project

Each sample would include:

• a minimal test project file;
• one simple test class;
• the required package references/properties for the selected runner;
• a short README or article section showing the dotnet test command.

I’d like to keep the first PR focused on the sample structure and one framework, for example MSTest, and then follow up with NUnit and xUnit.net in separate PRs if that works better for review.

Could you confirm where you’d prefer these samples to live and which existing dotnet/docs article should link to them?

Youssef moved to a different team so let me take over. I'd put them in test/ folder and in that add readme.md and another folder for each example so we have the possibility to add more examples.
