Removing the .sbxenv.yaml file as it is not a best practice to have this file live in the workspace directory for security reasons (the sandboxed agent can modify the file).
Planning to add it back when there's a way to mount an sbxenv file as RO in the workspace, so keeping the local kits in the repo.
