Failed to publish - cannot parse wordpress response

Any ideas?
Have the same error response using either the XML-RPC, REST API with app passwords and MiniOrange plugin.

Wordpress version: 6.8.1

I have the same issue. Whenever I try to publish, I get an error dialog "2: cannot parse WordPress server response" .
Any ideas or progress on this?
