Dependency upgrade

Hello,
Would it be possible to upgrade coincurve version to v19.0.0? That release aligns to the latest release from SECP256K1 and also has a conda-forge pcakage.

Also, I am preparing a recipe for conda-forge packaging, if you are interested in becoming a maintainer, please let me know

Hey. Actually it seems the installation of Coincurve 0.19 is broken under Windows. See #40 and ofek/coincurve#133.
