Hello we have an Alyx install V3.03 and I wanted to upgrade it to the current version. There is this script: https://github.com/cortex-lab/alyx/blob/master/scripts/auto-update.sh -- but I wanted to know what the best practice is for the migration etc. and how we should back up just in case? Is this documented somewhere, if so sorry but I didn't easily find it.
