List down patterns for ignored files

To tag a file as ignored, it has to match all three checks:

1. Files cannot be .DS_Store, __MACOSX or Thumbs.db.
2. Directory following the namespace needs to not be either of items, outfits, setBonuses, statusEffects.
3. Anything that doesn't finish with .svg and .xml files.
