Hi, could you provide more detailed design or implementation expectations？

Based on the PIP-41 design（https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/PAIMON/PIP-41%3A+Introduce+FilePath+Global+Index+And+Optimizations+For+Lookup+In+Append+Table）, the correct ManifestEntryTable should be a DataTable backed by Global Index storage. But the current codebase only has the Row-ID based Global Index path implemented; the FilePath-based path (file_path → binary ManifestEntry) infrastructure does not exist yet. Before implementing this issue, could you clarify the intended scope and approach?
