test(ui5-multi-combobox): re-enable flaky selectedValues tests

The following tests were temporarily skipped in #13656 due to flakiness on CI:

• File: packages/main/cypress/specs/MultiComboBox.cy.tsx
• Tests:
  • preselects items based on selectedValues property
  • updates selectedValues when a token is deleted
  • updates selectedValues when selecting items via checkbox
  • selects correct items when selectedValues is set before items are added
  • updates selectedValues when selecting item via Enter key (typeahead)
