Act on entire group in pack config

Right now you have to provide a single hostname for the actions. What about providing a configured device group, and the action takes place on all?

I'm as much suggesting this idea as I am opening to discussion whether or not it's a good idea

It is indeed a good idea.

Could be by allowing to add a group item in the devices section of the opt/stackstorm/configs/napalm.yaml file.
So the hostname argument of the actions could then be a single host or a group name.
