(Feature Request) WASAPI Ducking Mode Preference

Similar to the issue on setting raw mode, WASAPI exposes an API for telling windows to not duck an audio stream even when in a 'communications session' (e.g. a whatsapp call), which could be exposed in the proposed extension traits :)
