Enable credential-less GitHub authentication during Platform Hub initial setup

The Need

Today, customers can only connect their Platform Hub repository using personal access tokens, blocking adoption for customers with strict PAT policies.

Solution

Add GitHub Connections to Platform Hub. Users can create, manage, and delete GitHub connections from within Platform Hub, which can then be used in Platform Hub version control settings.
