Problem Description：
Currently, background cron tasks do not show any indicator or status in the status line. Users cannot monitor whether a background cron job is active, unlike tasks and agents which are clearly displayed.
Proposed Solution：
Add a background Cron status display component to the status line, similar to the current indicators for tasks and agents.
Benefits：
Provides consistent UI feedback across all executing job types (tasks, agents, and cron).
Ensures clear visibility for background operations.
