In legacy manually annotated files with /pseudo qualifier, the stop codon may not be marked and that causes microBioRust to miss the last codon
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
parse_gbk of Rhizobium leguminosarum gbk 3841, 23 coding sequences of pseudogenes are missing the last codon after parsing with the genbank! macro.
Expected behavior
each of those predicted proteins are short by one codon

Look into the genbank parsing handling of pseudo markup to extend by one codon
