Issues with automated script

Some issures/TODO that should be fixed:

• Fix broken script when there are no changes
• Only include figures with >0 difference in comment
• Create new branches on JuliaControlBot/ControlExamplePlots.jl instead

Possible featrures:

• Better image comparison, e.g. using the Wasserstein metric
